Bruno Lavallée

Bruno started in the training field at the age of 14. From day one, he knew it was a place that would be good for him both physically and mentally.

Weighing 115 lbs (52Kg) at the time, he quickly consulted the coaches at the centre, but also started reading about it. At the age of 18, he had his first certification (Weider) and it was the beginning of a long learning process both at the training and nutrition and supplementation levels. He diversified his training with the best experts in the field (Charles Poliquin, Paul Chek, John Berardi, etc.).

He has been training for more than 30 years now and his clientele has diversified between top athletes and people who just want to get back in shape and lose weight.

Julie started in the coaching field after a knee injury. She quickly fell in love with this lifestyle and 20 years later, she is now an inspiration for other women who want to reach their training goals.

Julie is also a former champion bodybuilder as she won her category. She specializes in recipes and healthy eating as well as special training for women.
